ISO 9001 Approach for Obtaining Better Customer Satisfaction

Our company successfully acquired the attestation of gISO 9001h, known as the international standard for quality management system, in 1994.
Our gQuality Manualh is made for the purpose of providing high quality goods and services satisfying the customerfs demands. The gQuality Manualh regulates rules and regulations, how to review and improve the network system of our organization, what responsibilities and duties each section and department has. We carry out every each work such as sales, design, and building in accordance with the regulations prescribed in the manual. We do have the internal screening committee for survey and check the quality system working property by the manual, not only the inside survey system but also we are regularly surveyed and checked by the outside screening parties. We regularly survey the customer's satisfactions in order to obtaining how the customers evaluate our quality standard of goods and services.
Retention of this attestation proves that our continuous effort on the subject of improving the Quality Control is well recognized and evaluated.
