ONOMICHI DOCKYARD Co., Ltd. is a company with history over 65 years in 2008 since the establishment in 1943. The Head Office is located in Kobe, Hyogo and dockyard base in Onomichi, Hiroshima, and challenge to the world leader in the productivity per plant site unit area by maximizing the technology and knowledge earned in the long history.
Also, we have established great credibility of sea transportation industry for our attitude towards the shipbuilding of high quality with all employees in union.
We have made a first step for establishment of the Onomichi Brand by succeeding in the development of the next-generation vessel under the concepts of “Environment”, “Safety”, “Operation”, and “Maintenance”,and also starting operation for two new factories locate near the Onomichi Shipyard, pipe fabrication center from July 2007 and block assembly and fabrication factory from July 2008,aiming at raising the awareness for the customer satisfaction and brand.
